District Nurse/Nurse Wanted at Vårdcentralen Tvååker

Vårdcentralen Tvååker is looking for an engaged district nurse or nurse who wants to be part of our team.

About the Position

The position includes a variety of tasks, all based on the patients' care needs. The work will be divided between the doctor's office, district nurse reception, and phone/chat.

Working hours are during the day with some evening and weekend shifts.

We can offer a permanent position with an employment rate of 80%, or as agreed.

About Us

Vårdcentralen Tvååker is a pleasant health center and workplace where we work together for the best of the patient, and where everyone in the team helps each other. We are about 25 employees taking care of our 5,800 registered patients. It is important for us that the patient experiences it as easy and welcoming in their contacts with us. We share premises with a pharmacy.

We offer well-functioning care and, in addition to the doctor's office, a stable interdisciplinary care with district nurses, BVC, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and lab. We also have a psychosocial team.

The health center is centrally located in the community of Tvååker, only a quarter of an hour's journey from Varberg, and you can easily reach us by public transport. If you drive, there are good parking facilities, and the health center is close to the motorway exit.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse/district nurse. We also prefer that you have previous experience in health center work/reception work. It is an advantage to have completed Health Conversation Leader training and/or smoking cessation, as well as knowledge of the lab.

You who apply are a service-oriented and solution-focused person with a good attitude. You find it easy to collaborate and enjoy working in a team. In the role, it is required that you can work independently and have the ability to be flexible. We also see that you have the engagement and willingness to actively contribute to the development of our operations. To ensure good and safe communication with colleagues, patients, and other contacts, we require good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
